ABOUT ME

My name is Rhian and I’m a Sheffield-based freelancer specialising in branding and design, although I offer a wide range of services within these fields.

My degree in Fashion Branding with Communication gave me a huge range of new skills along with those which have always come naturally to me. I learnt a great deal about branding, design principles, digital marketing and social media, as well as learning to use the Adobe digital software such as Illustrator and InDesign. Although my degree focused on these fields in a fashion context, the skills I gained are completely transferrable across all industries.

I have always had an eye for design and exceptional attention to detail, as well as a skill for written communication. My knowledge of branding and marketing make me a great person to consult for advice on your business and how to move it in the right direction.

Outside of my work I'm interested in fitness, languages (I speak Spanish to a semi-fluent standard) and environmental sustainability. In 2021 I took part in carbon literacy training with SAIL which was a huge eye opener and I am now certified carbon literate.

So far in my career I have worked with a variety of businesses both UK-based and international - designing logos, social media posts, graphics, icons, brochures and presentation slides. I've also been commissioned for digital illustration by individuals who have gifted my pieces to loved ones. I thoroughly enjoy my work and can’t wait to keep making a difference to brands. I want to work with start-ups, individuals, organisations and small businesses who are looking to push themselves forward and reach their goals.
